About TeloStack Global
We build the customer support infrastructure that lets a small team sell in dozens of languages without hiring in dozens of languages.
What we build
TeloStack Global is a multilingual live chat and customer service platform for cross-border e-commerce. Three pieces make up the product:
- A real-time translation layer that sits inside the message pipeline, so buyers write in their own language and agents read and reply in theirs.
- An omnichannel shared inbox that merges website live chat, Telegram and H5 direct links into one queue with one history per customer.
- A resilient delivery network that keeps chat reachable in markets where a single domain or CDN would otherwise be filtered or throttled.
The platform is used by Shopify, WooCommerce and headless storefront teams who sell into Latin America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Europe — markets where English-only support quietly caps conversion.
How we engineer it
Customer support is revenue infrastructure, so we treat availability as a product feature rather than an operations detail:
- Long-lived connections with health checks. Chat is a WebSocket problem long before it is a design problem.
- Endpoint independence. Merchants embed one stable script; which endpoint it reaches is ours to manage, not theirs to re-deploy.
- Translation as configuration, not magic. Glossaries for product names, sizes, payment terms and return policies keep output commercially accurate.
- Measured rollouts. We prefer enabling one market, confirming quality, then expanding over switching on 28 languages at once.
How we research and review our guides
Our blog exists to be useful to support and operations teams, not to fill a content calendar. That means:
- Every guide starts from real support data — buyer questions, glove/window constraints, blocked-domain incidents and abandoned checkouts we have seen across merchant accounts.
- Claims are attributed. Where we cite a statistic, we name the source. Where a number comes from our own operations, we say so.
- Vendor comparisons include competitors' strengths. If a tool is the better fit for your team size, the guide says so.
- Articles are reviewed and updated. Each guide carries a visible update date, and material corrections are made in place rather than in a new post.
Editorial and engineering contact
Spotted an error, disagree with a recommendation, or want to contribute a market-specific playbook? Reach the team through the contact page or on Telegram at @Telostack01. Corrections that improve a guide are usually published within a few days.
What we are not
We are not a translation agency, and we do not sell scraped contact lists or bulk messaging. The product is built for teams that answer their own customers and want to do it in more languages than they can hire for.
